Oral history interview with O. Frost Black, conducted by Mark Hollenbeck on 10 July 1972 for the Utah State Historical Society and the California State University, Fullerton Oral History Program. The subject is road construction in Frost's hometown of Blanding, Utah. He also discusses his personal life and interaction with the Forest Service and the lumbering business. Oren Frost Black was born in Colonia Pacheco, Mexico on 9 October 1909 to David Patten and Theda Kartchner Black. His family moved to the states when Mexico's Revolution began.
